I had the most positive experience with DR. Gotham and her assistants Bianca and Jenny @ Altamonte Springs Dental group. I had a first consultation with Aspen Dental the day prior. I didn't have a great or even good experience in comparison with Dr.Kotha. Aspen just wanted to cover up my problems without getting to the foundation of my problems. I just felt like a # in line at a deli. Dr. Kotha and her team took their time and explained my teeth and gums individually and the most urgent concerns taking care of me the next day! After a 3 hour procedure I had some pain and the Dr. Called me personally. I feel so safe and cared for with Dr. Kotha and their team. I can't recommend a better Dental team and treatment. Call them! Thank you for everything!

Bianca has been fantastic! I highly recommend her especially if you are nervous with any kind of dental work. She repeatedly asks how I am doing and has a very warm and kind presence. I had an absolutely wonderful and surprisingly stress-free experience at Altamonte Springs Dental Group, even though I was there for a root canal and a crown! This team is exceptional—I genuinely felt well taken care of from start to finish. ​Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and worked together seamlessly. Dr. Kotha has a very reassuring and informative approach, ensuring I understood every step. My hygienist, Jenny, was gentle and thorough. The assistants, Kathy and Bianca, were fantastic, helping to keep me comfortable throughout the procedure. I was also incredibly impressed that they made the temporary crown on-site, making the entire process quick and convenient. ​A special shout-out to the woman in the financial department (I wish I had gotten her name!). She was excellent at clearly showing the cost of everything, patiently answering all my questions, and making sure we found a plan that worked perfectly within my budget. ​They truly value patient comfort and provide quality, informative care. I highly recommend this practice!
